- Gulkand – 2 tbsp
- Chilled milk – 250 ml
- Ice cubes – 4–5
- Almonds – 5 (optional)
Method
- Blend milk, gulkand, and ice cubes.
- Add almonds and blend again.
- Serve chilled.
2. Gulkand Rose Lassi
Ingredients
- Thick curd – 1 cup
- Gulkand – 2 tbsp
- Chilled water – ½ cup
Method
- Blend curd, gulkand, and water.
- Serve chilled with rose petals on top.
3. Gulkand Falooda
Ingredients
- Gulkand – 2 tbsp
- Falooda sev – ½ cup cooked
- Chilled milk – 250 ml
- Basil seeds (sabja) – 1 tbsp soaked
- Ice cream – 1 scoop
Method
- Layer gulkand, sabja seeds, and falooda sev in a glass.
- Pour chilled milk.
- Top with ice cream and serve.
4. Gulkand Sweet Paratha
Ingredients
- Whole wheat dough – 2 cups
- Gulkand – 4 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tsp
Method
- Roll dough into small discs.
- Place gulkand in the center.
- Seal and roll gently.
- Cook on a tawa with ghee.
5. Gulkand Laddu
Ingredients
- Roasted millet flour – 1 cup
- Gulkand – ¼ cup
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Chopped nuts – ¼ cup
Method
- Mix flour, nuts, and gulkand.
- Add warm ghee.
- Shape into laddus.
6. Gulkand Kheer
Ingredients
- Milk – 500 ml
- Rice – 50 g
- Gulkand – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – a pinch
Method
- Cook rice in milk until soft.
- Add gulkand and cardamom.
- Simmer for 2 minutes and serve.

- Bread slices – 4

Method
