Ingredients

  • Moringa Noodles – 200 g
  • Tastemaker – 1 sachet
  • Onion – 1 sliced
  • Tomato – 1 chopped
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 500 ml

Method

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 4–5 minutes.
  2. Drain excess water.
  3. Sauté onion and tomato.
  4. Add tastemaker and mix well.
  5. Add noodles and toss for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

2. Moringa Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients

  • Moringa Noodles – 200 g
  • Carrot – 50 g
  • Capsicum – 50 g
  • Cabbage – 50 g
  • Onion – 1 sliced
  • Tastemaker – 1 sachet

Method

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. Stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
  3. Add tastemaker.
  4. Mix in noodles and toss well.
  5. Serve hot.

3. Moringa Garlic Pepper Noodles

Ingredients

  • Moringa Noodles – 200 g
  • Garlic – 6 cloves, finely chopped
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste

Method

  1. Cook noodles and keep aside.
  2. Sauté garlic until aromatic.
  3. Add pepper and salt.
  4. Toss in noodles and serve hot.

4. Moringa Lemon Noodles

Ingredients

  • Moringa Noodles – 200 g
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  • Peanuts – 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves – few
  • Turmeric powder – a pinch

Method

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. Prepare tempering with mustard, peanuts, and curry leaves.
  3. Add noodles and turmeric.
  4. Switch off flame and add lemon juice.
  5. Mix well and serve.

5. Moringa Coconut Noodles

Ingredients

  • Moringa Noodles – 200 g
  • Grated coconut – ½ cup
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  • Urad dal – 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – few

Method

  1. Cook noodles and keep aside.
  2. Prepare tempering.
  3. Add coconut and sauté lightly.

Method

Ingredients

  • Moringa Noodles – 100 g
  • Mixed vegetables – 100 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves

  • Water – 750 ml

Method

  1. Boil vegetables and garlic in water.

Ingredients

  • Moringa Noodles – 100 g
  • Coconut milk – 400 ml
  • Palm jaggery – 75 g
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
  • Cashews – 10

Method

  1. Cook noodles until soft.
  2. Add coconut milk and palm jaggery.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with cardamom and roasted cashews.
