  • Palm Ginger Mix – 2 tbsp (20 g)
  • Water – 200 ml
  • Palm jaggery – 1 tbsp
  • Dry ginger powder – a pinch (optional)

Method

  1. Mix the powder with 50 ml water without lumps.
  2. Add remaining water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add palm jaggery and stir well.
  4. Serve hot.

2. Palm Ginger Porridge

Ingredients

  • Palm Ginger Mix – 50 g
  • Water – 250 ml
  • Milk or coconut milk – 100 ml
  • Palm jaggery – 25 g

Method

  1. Mix powder in water.
  2. Cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add milk and palm jaggery.
