1. Classic Millet Pasta in Tomato Herb Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 200g Nature’s Choice Premium Trio Millet Pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander or basil for garnish

Method

  1. Boil pasta in 1.5 litres of water for 8–10 minutes.
  2. Drain and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add herbs, pepper, and salt.
  6. Mix cooked pasta and toss well.
  7. Garnish and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • 200g Millet Pasta
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method
