1. Classic Millet Pasta in Tomato Herb Sauce
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 200g Nature’s Choice Premium Trio Millet Pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander or basil for garnish
Method
- Boil pasta in 1.5 litres of water for 8–10 minutes.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add herbs, pepper, and salt.
- Mix cooked pasta and toss well.
- Garnish and serve hot.

Ingredients
- 200g Millet Pasta
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced

- Salt to taste
Method
- Cook pasta and keep aside.
- Heat oil and sauté onions.
